how can we know this is THE job for us?

i dont hv much job experience b4 this. so how can i know, this job is THE job for me?

Turn 24 this year and gonna be 25 next year, is not really a dream for me. Some might be. But me... Not really. I feel like i missed lots of things..

i hit the floor on 24nov2010. N im 24. Even most of the seniors and mentors are 23 below. I feel old. Seriously. Am i too late already? Staff at my age are already in 2nd or upper level. And me..? Just joined the company. Still a long way..

Nevermind. I pasrah.. *grins*

How's my job? I've been working there for 9 days (exclude 1 months and 10 days of training). 5 days actually (exclude 2 off day, and 2 MCs). Do i love it? Am i hating it? Yes. I hate my job for the 1st 3 days. Customer service is THE most challenging job i must say. At least so far.. Stuck in a zillion of rules i must follow on or off working hours. I feel cuffed. WE HAVE RULESSS TO ALMOST EVERYTHING INCLUDING NAK PEGI KENCING!!

Seriously? Yeay. U have to get a permission by calling the manager that u have to pee. Seriously. Im not joking around. Even in campus, we dont raise our hand, and ask for the permission to go the ladies.. and even in other work environment, u are allowed to go to the ladies, anytime u want.. But in the area, u r given a total 30minutes a day to for toilet break and prayer time. Another 1 hour for meal break. And if the shift track stated that ur lunch is at 12noon, logout the system, ON 12noon! Sharp! if u got a call that time, go see your manager, for a form. Ini baru sikit ok...


We have rules on almost everything.. dont let me started on the job itself. Pressure. Pressure. Pressure.. Yes, i do understand that we are the frontliners. But why must u tengking2 us? U're not being served by the same CSR, so pls be fair. Even kami baru lepas kene maki by the previous caller, but we still greet u with a smile, polite and honest. Tau2 nak maki je, mana budi bahasa?? Kadang2 hal kecik pun, nak maki carut. Kalau nak org respect, u must respect ppl first!



Memang tak tahan.. But what can i do..? Job opportunity sempit.. Telan je.
